Is Shepherd Watch a SaaS subscription?
Not in the current model. Shepherd Watch is configured and deployed as a standalone system for an individual church, then handed off to that church.
Can it use our church’s domain?
Yes. The application can be deployed on the domain or subdomain your church chooses, such as safety.yourchurch.org.
Can different people have different training requirements?
Yes. Requirements can be driven by the person’s role and profile so the system can distinguish what applies to each person.
What happens when a training record is incomplete?
The incomplete record is preserved, but it does not erase the person’s previous valid completion. Readiness continues to use the previous valid record until the new record is completed.
Can we keep certificates and supporting documents?
Yes. Supporting documents can be stored with the related training record so the record and its evidence stay together.
Can we export our data?
Yes. The system includes archive and export capabilities so the church can retain a copy of its records.
